The characters doesnt fit my taste, their faces look like melons or something, or the face of a Down Symdrome or Cushing's Syndrome patient. Too wide and rounded. Settings and the "witches" are like lazy scribbles from a kindergarten kid. Mahou Shoujo? LONG LIVE NANOHA & FATE~

Alphamax is doing following orchid seed in some way it seems... Announce a figure with an illustration, then takes really long to deliver it later. They already announced so many under Skytube series. It's a good sign though, that they are serious about delivering in quality.

I liked Fate more, couldnt care much about nanoha to be honest. But eh, no money no talk - until today i have no chance of buying Alter's Fate Testarossa True Sonic Form even if i can find her in stock...

LOL, that is my favorite place to monitor and download anime, along with otakucop.
UTW's Dangaonronpa and especially Fate Kaleid file size damn nuts because of combat scenes are difficult to compress without losing quality. Im on Unifi so i dont really have much to complain about file size.

My only next possible event is AFA KL (date unknown yet). Also skipping AFA SG, which is a shame (but a wise decision given the exchange rate between SGD and MYR now). I have expensive orders up in September-October period, and im getting a DSLR next month.

Exactly. Figure photography. And i need it for events. That means more lenses, hoping to grab a telephoto one later. It's expensive. For figures i can use the 18-55mm kit lens first; Until now i still use my phones for figure photos. My Canon IXUS point and shoot takes garbage photos the moment you start zooming, even if you use optical zoom - that was the case at CJC.

Er, i still prefer cosplayers because im a lolicon

They are closing shop if not mistaken, selling only remaining stocks, but it doesnt hurt to email and ask. Under their Alter list of figures she seems to be in stock.
I did consider buying their Canaan, only RM 270. That figure didnt have a good reputation in the past though - GSC's QC issues.

Yep, stopping the figure business lah, that's what i heard last time. No idea if they reversed that decision. Notice that they dont take new preorders (for new unreleased figures) anymore. Those old figures with preorder tag pretty much means sold out.

Still, considered pretty high for a figure (when most mainstream figures are around 8000yen, while slight better ones are over 9000yen

Ouch. That means he din update his site... But that figure damn hard to find without being overpriced nowadays, a well known fact.

Built this from scratch for the photography of my Makise Kurisu. This one is 95% ready. Anyone here who does DIY or any other extra setup work for figure photography? Just sharing what i've been doing. Holidays are long so i'll let my brains work out with some creative work. New semester starting next week though.
