i mean, i myself dun follow anything lar... jus ride as hard as i can for as long as i can...haha...
the basics is the same with most other endurance based sports... build up your endurance, lighten your body weight at the same time train to increase power output....
there are a lot of aspects into training just with the few simple things... as there would be base conditioning rides, intervals, power building programs and stuff like that...
the best way to get it all in one place is to go to bookstores and look up this books... the internet will have them, but might be scattered in different articles all over the place...
