EEhhhhhhrrrr.... fuel saving??? i dunno leh.. it depends on how you drive lar...but if they boost up the damn shit to 120horsies... it could be quite interesting...the smallest one i think only has less than 80 horsies for a 1 lit...

but historically.. i understand the stupid thai ford plant dun make the ecoboost engines... so it means the ecoboost powerplants come from the europe regions which means extra costs which means f@gged up prices if they launch it here... i think thailand put tarak ecoboost 1.0...

all the car makers are stupid nowadays... introduce green engines and at the same time making cars heavier by putting in lots needless crap...ball massaging heated seats lar, keyless entry lar, dunno wat roof lar, 4 zone select to freeze ur balls if you want to aircond lar, multimedia screen that u cannot watch prawn when u drive lar...

f@g those shit lar... throw it all out and lighten the car and increase power to weight ratio... just leave the airbags, abs and sc in place enough adi...automatically make car more efficient... won't get into trouble so easily because it is lighter... 
i seen the current fiesta before.. if it does not shrink in size... it should fit nicely lar... as i said... kelisa that is smaller than the fiesta also can sumbat... why not a fiesta???

i think hartamas 2nd hand is also not affordable... mostly creep up to 600k already minimal... the one i saw about 3 years ago... kiara 1888 which is very near to the squatters already is 450 per sqft...that is the lowest condo in the whole kiara area... the highest one kiaramas at that time was something like 900 per sqft... easily a cool 2 mil for a unit...and their units are quite large...

nice to see not nice to live... the one i saw under half a mil was not considered kiara or hartamas... forgot what they call it... but once they build the road linking it up... i guess it would be good...

vin_ann today found out jazz hybrid ckd ada 12k discount and 3 year free service... end up 80k only the car... carefree drive for 3 years... total cos of ownership compare to ckd petrol is more or less 3k difference after taking into account service for the petrol jazz...

i caught some wind on that too... apparently, it looks like Ford is bringing in 2 models for the new fiesta. A new 1.5l i think using the duratec engine and also the 1.0 ecoboost which i think is weird because even thailand does not have it... and apparently.. the ecoboost is to be priced higher than the 1.5 duratec... price wise i am not sure and accuracy of the information also not sure...

if u want it standing up like the beemer add.. i believe, none of the above can do lar... how to even hook the bike to the car floor???

the ecoboost will have more power because it is practically a turbocharged 1.0 vs a naturally aspirated 1.5 mar... so, they are just increasing the volumetric efficiency of the 1.0 instead of relying on increasing displacement on an NA motor to gain more power...

from another point of view... people do think that the engine is just being pushed harder lar... so, if ford did not do all their simulations correctly for the car to suit our crazy weather which can be sometimes hot, dry or humid... the engine would have serious problems if cooling systems are not design to suit the weather here...that is why it would be better to have it localized in thailand first so heat related reliability issues could be sorted out there first instead of landing direct in MY...

i believe it could be some powershift box... like vw's dsg...
