aha... soli soli... my phone screen too dingy... can't see properly.. saw the shape and thought it was campy... shimano 600 eh!!! fixie eh!!! watch too much of premium rush eh!!!
can have wat???
no worries .. yeah went for shimano 600 tri for both the brakes and lever .. just so it matches lol .. it's fixed with free wheel .. no confident of pedalling non stop yet ... wanted something that i can trash with minimum maintenance. Plus everyone has been telling me how much smoother your pedal stroke will become after riding a fixed. FYI i've not watched premium rush yet laugh.gif

an article written by a pro coach says the opposite. bcoz a fixed gear will do the work for you at the up stroke.

apparently because your leg moves no matter the stroke and the leg muscles memory remembers it after a while causing you to naturally do it when not riding fix .. or so they claim

that is like saying a fapper that faps 5 times daily is going to have a fluent and smooth fapping motion from their arms...haha...

like that they should create a motorized contraption that contains only the crank and a clipless pedal so you can strap your feet to it and let it spin while doing things like watching TV and god knows what...same theory right???

repaint bike frame... DIY lar...else send it to some willing auto spray shops.... jus plug up every hole for them...

treating the steel frame before repaint is totally another thing...
*

actually... best is to strip the original paint and repaint it rather than coating over it...

for insides...frame saver is the SOP for steel frames...

if you strip the paint down to the bare frame... of course primer applies...especially when one that rusts and corrodes easily...

but proper primer application is hard as original frame paint jobs could be treated using the standard method of running electricity through the frame and dunking it in anti corrosive treatments in the bike manufacturing plants as opposed to how you are doing your re-stripping and repainting... so, expect it not to last as long...

hahaha you're actually not too far from the truth .. person who faps a lot .. the muscle will remember the exact rhythm, speed, position to make it last longer or get gratification in an instant ..

I guess there's a difference between strapping on a contraption and actually pedalling cause of the resistance ? Just my assumption .. laugh.gif
