Had checked out other near by project like crystal height, Scenaria, Anjali, etc and I prefer the PH2 location and access discount the HTC.
Price and design are decent. But bit not happy with the 48 mths construction period. It is just too long! |

Access is the best compare to others nearer to Sri Sinar. And the road is more private and much wider too. 48months? i thought normally construction duration is 36? Think now still can get the 8% early bird discount for some of those bigger unit. 5% for smaller unit. |

just visited the show room. Not bad place except HTC and access road.
most floors would have fantastic KL view. I like the 3 different pools especially the sky pool. |
