I have the 1165 facing pool too. We could be neighbor.

Was eyeing at the Block B high floor facing KL but eventually go for the safer bet for investment sake.

What make you bought PH2?

They are some early bird bookings released due to some unforseen circumstances.

PM me for details if interested.

Had checked out other near by project like crystal height, Scenaria, Anjali, etc and I prefer the PH2 location and access discount the HTC.

Price and design are decent. But bit not happy with the 48 mths construction period. It is just too long!

i have the same thought as you basically, and i dont think anywhere else can get 550psf near to MK/DPC although the access is a bit cacat.

48months? i thought normally construction duration is 36?

Access is the best compare to others nearer to Sri Sinar. And the road is more private and much wider too.

Think now still can get the 8% early bird discount for some of those bigger unit. 5% for smaller unit.

just visited the show room. Not bad place except HTC and access road.

most floors would have fantastic KL view.

I like the 3 different pools especially the sky pool.

Block B facing east/KL view, if higher floor you will be above the htc i guess. block C balcony will be facing the HTC as well.
