Some of us call investor friendly property mainly because affordable pricing, potential of good rental liquidity and return and capital gain versus the location, offering etc.

It didn't mean that the property is not meant for home stayers.

The beauty of KL property climate whether as investor, home buyers, tenants etc we have wide range of different properties to meet the needs, requirements and budget.

Good thing about Bangsar South... the supplies are spread over next 4 years and are not VP-ed in the same time.

You didn't get my point.

I refer to if you want to have unobstructed view and want to live in area like bangsar, mk, klcc... Be prepare to pay a premium... Do not forget.. When uoa launched begonia... They put rm100k premium on kl view versus pantai side for same layout and side.

That is true.. And Begonia has units facing carpark blocks... But more than 20' away la.

But... Southlink has 20' window to window as claimed by you?

Then again... Purchasers know it is not about view in Southlink. Then again purchasers have choice le... Just pay rm30k premium.. For unobstructred view...

Traffic jam is well known issue in BS... Even prop kopi also covered it in bangsar south review...

For Southview to enjoy the direct and covered link need to wait another 3-4 years for klgw suites to be completed. Unlikely it be built during the klgw suites undercon period.

The current path via klgw lrt station and kerinchi lrt station are not covered.

Safe and elevated covered walkway can be added bonus.

That is different story. We are talking the walkability. Anyway the time between both stations is less than 2miin.

distance and time......

and the cover link bridge wont be as 'a walk in the park' either, bcos the land contour is uphill., and we dont know if the starting point is going to be from the hotel to southview or from SL to SV.

and later when the open space now is built for rumawip (rumour as it), there could be a cover walkway from SL to Ruma to the entrance of cover walkbridge to LRT station.

anywhere its all academy. all i can say is from SV to LRT via Mall is nicer......got aircond.

In any case, ur arguement is only valid if the lrt is going to kl direction...
