I remember reading few guys already bought the LTE sets from some Maxis dealers past 2-3 days in this thread. It is already on sale n Maxis had posted this in their website akready

thats why im asking do you guys know any maxis shop i can walk in? i went to sunway and asked them they said out of stock and must order. Even KLCC maxis also out of stock. anyone have any idea? im just concerned if i pre order from senheng and dont know the product quality they will send since they put in there free delivery, im having trouble on deciding on senheng as u guys know that walking into a shop and seeing the product by ourself and purchasing it is much more convincing. As i was waiting for so long and saved money on buying HTC One since i found out that it had quality issue. I have decided on S4, sorry if i soundlame or noob.

i just got in my hand S4 LTE from Maxis 1Utama. thanks to knskns and takky for the tips. but still long story to get it.

i called them in morning to confirm stock, and said will come on afternoon to pick up. then at 2pm i went to 1utama but they say stock still not come which should arrived on 12pm. leave my number so they can call me when stock arrive. then i walk around 1utama and comeback at 330pm and still stock not arrived and straight i went home. at 6pm i receive call from maxis 1utama to inform me stock arrival. then i shoot to 1utama and now the S4 LTE is in my hand.

try to call them and go there early morning.

its the warranty itself that is different. 1 is from samsung malaysia another is from wherever you buy the phone from.

yeah i was thinking of that as well, get from a reliable seller, the price dropped 100 bucks since the release by maxis. might wait 3-4 months more. hopefully competition will drop it a bit more.

i guess it is true if you send it in, my experience with my SGS2 is that i my warranty after 2 years didnt get used even once. so whats the point of paying more for the ori and getting tied down by a telco (which i hate).

honestly, i really hate being tied down by a carrier, i kena 1 time, and never did it again. today i can always look at maxis with my head held high and tell them i want better service because i am not under contract. once you sign that shit, you get the worst damn service in the world.
