My makan ind is not s easy s u think can venture here and there. We need few hundred acres of land wan wo. Here oso manyak susah liao due to some gov interuption. 

some of my frenz ventured into indon. make big $$$ and initial investment oso darn huge. B4 making millions, there were big losses for the 1st few yrs oso due to indon gov policies.

No tips....... I jus kno that there are some rich investors, buying up prop around those speculated locations before any confirmation.....   
If u really wants to bet on where it is.... Then follow those related minister on the project, their close relatives or their close associates suddenly making huge purchase of certain area..... U kno..... That will be the place......

Feng sui is fr our own. Smily face ll eventually starts to giv luck to u which some considered the very basic of a fengsui. An angry man would in fact lost some opportunities along the way.

Angry man will have bad moods and this influence his decision making.

In fact I believe in fengshui this thingy but sometimes it tends contradict each other.

e.g. Ming gua, it uses one person birth time to calculate the house facing direction. If husband favor position is North and bad in South direction, whereas his wife favour direction is South and bad direction is North, how to coupe with this type of situation? They can't divorce or buy two houses and live separately...

One thing is certain that I avoid to buy a house that is facing T-Junction.
