i hv japan, asia, uc and australia discs, i dindt notice any difference in quality. in fact, japan's nfsmw and rr6 discs aren't even coloured, b&w.
ntsc/j japanese and pal (australia) games are also made in singapore, i dont see why the quality should differ from ntsc asia games, it'd actually cost them more to have 2 separate manufacturing processes. |

Its wide.. looks like V1912WB, same as mine, but thats black in color. I could be wrong.
