she mentioned something bout the developer has decided to strip off the DIBS scheme from the project. to compensate, they give all buyers another 3% discount.

is it true?

Maybank offering me islamic loan at 3 years lock-in and conventional at 5 years lock-in. Totally reneged on their promise of earlier offer which was 3 years lock-in for conventional loan. I told them to take the hike.

Satelite and some mini towers on the telekom building. HTC is also quite near the telekom building.

Anyway it's just my point of view. No concrete evidence saying that its harmful but I wouldn't want to risk it for my family.
