Luxury 5 star facilities renting at medium cost apartment pricing.
Now i see cheapest 1400 for 1017sqft unit. Used to be 1200 still can get few months ago.

Yes coz title already issued and owner did nothing. This developer doesn't allow direct transfer to the new buyer.

New developments and projects in Selayang is going to increase the market value of the area. It's about time too, honestly. Because Selayang is quite a convenient place to stay with a lot of amenities around.
