So I went there to check out the place and boy... the architecture is really superb I have to admit. We went to the 16th floor to check out the facilities and "roof garden" and I was surprised not many were there, but it looked like such a cool getaway corner with very minimalist cement rendered kind of semi-industrial feel... (see picture below... SO INSTAGRAMABLE)

I really can't wait for S18 to be ready. Rumour has it that there is going to be a welcome party or open day or something to that effect that will happen September or a bit later.

Will update when I get some inside scoop yah...

only downside is the location. award winning design luxury condo but built in Selayang? if only move down a bit to Setapak will be a different story.

only suitable for own stay. rental market? nah. unless is super cheap or on par with normal condo there.

because i attended that lelong bidding at some other unit. allianz bank. 2 weeks once if not mistaken. they are clearing stock.
