QUOTE(dingvincent @ Jun 18 2013, 09:06 AM) yes u can get 90% loan if its your first two loans and also subject to u qualify lar.HDA title means its under residential status, for housing. not like soho, sofo, somo, sodo etc QUOTE(Mashimaro1234 @ Jun 18 2013, 09:34 AM) According to them, can surely get 90% loan...But don't we maximum will only get 85% loan if the development falls under commercial title? and the payback tenure will be lesser as well...this is what I've been told by SA from other development which falls under the same category...anyone have ask their friends from banking about it? QUOTE(kurtkantoi @ Jun 18 2013, 09:38 AM) not true bro. its a commercial title land but its residential use. hence the HDA(HOusing development act). deswai also its called service apartments instead of condominium (same thing actually but built on residential land). so u can get 90% unless its ur 3rd or forth +++ props. my 2 cents |

As long as the usage or property type falls under Residential Use regardless of title - you follow HDA rule. Hence 90%.
Commercial title is only because the zoning was commercial hence you pay commercial utility tarriff (sometimes abit higher but this only comes when completed). This post has been edited by accetera: Jun 18 2013, 05:12 PM |

Huh?then means that it'll be more expensive electricity & water for us? QUOTE(Mashimaro1234 @ Jun 18 2013, 05:23 PM) QUOTE(flix @ Jun 18 2013, 05:25 PM) Front side tower A gets evening sun. Back side gets morning sun. Those will be facing the bomba and also JKR building I think. Tower A front side (west) is facing pool and back side facing hill/cave (east). So I the unit that I booked is having morning sun. No?Tower B front side (north) facing pool and back side (south) facing KLCC. Correct me if I'm wrong. |

QUOTE(Sheep9 @ Jun 18 2013, 12:19 AM) Ya ya, instead of giving us 4units of aircond, F3 might as well provide water heater and built-in kitchen wardrobe. If like that I think we all shouldn't has any reason to reject/ cancel the unit that we book before right? Coz it become partially furniture. Yeah!! |
