I have some inquiry here...can I apply the house loan from my own banker who belongs to your panel banks? either Maybank or UOB...
Will I still entitle for the free SPA fees and DIBS?

We need you to use back our own panel bankers from that particular team and branch.

This is to avoid any issue which might arise in the future especially for DIBS cases.

So we can make sure everything is in order and chase for you so that you can just relax for the next 3 years until the unit is handed over to you smile.gif

OIC...then the DIBS is available for the 1st 100 who gets the loan approval or the 1st 100 who make their booking?
when u mentioned that the SPA fees will be paid by urside while we need to pay the legal fees...may I know around how much it will cost?

So far now DIBS is still available. Of course after a certain time we will definitely stop it.

For a RM500k loan.

Loan Agreement ( Legal Fees ) is 0.7% of the loan = RM 3500 (approximately)

Stamp duty is 0.5% of the loan amount of RM500k = RM 2500 (approximately)

Another RM6000 approx plus the balance 3%.

Not forgetting the disbursement fee of RM300

If you are interested and keen on this project, just go ahead to pick your choice units. By the time the show unit is ready, you may not the early bird discount now. On top of that, you might have to pay more than the selling price now to buy non-choice unit. Just my 2 cents after buying a few units from F3.

I went to the office this afternoon and was inform that the developer is going to increase the price for additional of 10K
