Can F3 Capital comment on the Edge 18. WHat tenants have you got so far. I know the company directors took all the non-bumi already. Can share abit on your plans?

The success of this place harps alot and depends much on what you gonna do to edge 18.

Agree...just hope that won't ends up like the shoplots in front of Stadium...a bit higher standard outlets perhaps? if gt bank then it's perfect...

Doubt there will be banks there. Road is already very narrow and when there are banks then there will always be double parking along the road. Imagine having to get jammed in getting in and out of the condo car park sweat.gif sweat.gif

The beauty is this place has so much potential if done nicely as there isnt any lifestyle shops around... my guess.

Banks , Starbucks, decent food outlets, Car showroom...

judging by the artist impression, the inner road in front of edge 18 is rather spacious good for creating the central attraction in BBS. Again its artist impression.

I think i did saw them before in their official website...u try ur luck there...actually I prefer the 2 bedrooms unit...though is smaller but it's corner units...

Starbucks, paparich, mcdonalds, one banks enough or else night is quiet, Japanese food, steamboat, [yoga centre, tuition centre, beauty centre (occupy 1st and 2nd flr)], 7-11, secret recipe, cafe like wing cafe (got people sing at night),

went to sales gallery today, it's quit busy as many buyers is rushing to making booking to enjoy the DIBS. they just started to sell on last 4 days but seems it's 65% sold. all pool view and smallest unit 800+sqft are sold. you may wait for the loan reject unit after the official launch. but no guarantee 5% discount is still valid. I like the landscape by this developer and most concern me is the location.

really sell like hot cakes.
