I myself am not facing the car parking change problem.
SPA included the parking lot number with the carpark layout.

Went to get my SPA copy yesterday noon and phase 2 seems sold at about 30%, with price increase of 5-10% from 1st phase.

For tower F information
SnP price below Rm656,800 will be tandem parking.
If more than will get side by side parking.

Ya ya ... i look at the parking map, those tandem parking is in middle one, so both side oso can access and exit. I guess tandem parking also not an issue rite.

Not too sure how is other floor parking, but from the parking floor that I got ... the tandem parking is on the middle row. The side by side parking one is on the side of the floor ...

i guess depends on the individual sales person as well.. the lady that attend to me was very patient and not pushy...explained everything in detail and always follow up with me... and she's pretty too...

yup it is... but according to the sales person, MH will try to complete at the end of 2017 and VP early 2018.. but i guess it will not be that early..

the interest normally base on the disbursement rite? and also depends on when developer first release, second...so on so forth.. and also ahve to see the BLR- Xamount... so i think will varies from loan to loan.. and this project dun have DIBS.. so have to bear by buyer.. sorry ah if i got it wrong, coz first prop buyer here.. still very green...
