All building plan and construction dwgs endorsed by professional engineer le. Not like those renovate back yard ask contractor Tom or ah beng to extend the back yard without approval. Further it need certified by a lead professional engineer before CCC, is enough to ensure ur safety la.

Architects can b bot over wan. Seen tat.

You can price higher but lets see if it moves. There are 50 plus units left from Phase 1.

Similar thing happened to Eco Sky. Tower B fully sold....then they up the price, Tower C - there are still units left.

Phase 1 is Tower A (38 storey 295 unit) and Tower B (42 storey 397 unit) Total = 692 units
not 2000 units ....... 

Total estimated 2800 unit, it is about a quarter unit launched only! Another three quarter waiting to be launched with higher psf price up by 5-10 % ! What do you think?
