I think this parcel is at the back of Taman Wahyu, currently used as second hand car parts yard/store, between the terrace hse and the lake/mining pool. There is a perimeter road giving access to the land.

this piece of land currently is still a heavy rubbish dump place. and the rubbish are a lots inside, dunno y so fast mahsing alrdy advertise and open for registration.

And not mistaken this piece of land is a mining land before, with so much rubbish, can the developer take so short period to clean up the land, and make the settlement to build high rise there??
