i think kiara east is a better buy than this... FF... but with brand like mah sing, i think a lot of ppl will be rushing over for this.

I think this parcel is at the back of Taman Wahyu, currently used as second hand car parts yard/store, between the terrace hse and the lake/mining pool. There is a perimeter road giving access to the land.

Open for registration now. Min price start from 668K for 950sq.ft. which is 700psf.

this piece of land currently is still a heavy rubbish dump place. and the rubbish are a lots inside, dunno y so fast mahsing alrdy advertise and open for registration. shakehead.gif

And not mistaken this piece of land is a mining land before, with so much rubbish, can the developer take so short period to clean up the land, and make the settlement to build high rise there?? sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

Wow, finally this new company, Eco World Dev S/B is disclosed to the public.

Watch out for their huge Semenyih project and it will turn them into one of the big developer in coming years.

1046 units is quite a lot for a single development. Gonna take ages for full occupancy.

Agreed. Even PV project with lots of student yet the recent completed PV project occupancy rate still very low.

Look at Symphony Height in Selayang. Still plenty vacant.
