hi, will i get a faster connection if i connect my pc directly to the modem (D-Link - supplied by TMNet) using the network cable supplied (Not USB) . I am currently using a Modem-Router (Alcatel) and thinking of testing the direct connection .. any comment. thanks sim  -using tmnet streamyx 512kb
