Juz save the file n torrent somewhere else.if u cant move the file with mouse, use CLI(cmd/dos)

Why is this so? What happened? I reset my router, set back uPnP, configure the port, make a test at www.grc.com and it was all good, green and stealth but error still exist. WHY?!
