err i just port forward that's all.
about dwonload speed is proportional to upload speed.... it doesnt' mean if you set 5kbps ul = 5 kbps dl.
just estimate and limit your upload speed ( don't set too low, or too high ).
for me i set to 20 ( using 1024/384 kbps package ).
