Gotta love blackbearblanc's works.

My new home using his icon. All black to save battery (and just look damn sleek)

Just wta, why is it sometimes an attachment pic becomes some POST URL while at other times it maintains a proper link to the .jpg?

For instance, your attachments are showing the form below
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Atta...post&id=3458879

while others are like this

Zigbee you mean? I'm not sure about device support for zigbee beyond stuff like smartmeters.

I think low energy bluetooth is part of Bluetooth 4.0 which is available on Note 2.  unsure.gif

QUOTE(arslow @ May 27 2013, 06:07 PM)
Nope, only android 4.3 will start supporting it.  Or maybe samsung has made their own drivers for it. Not sure, but its not available on AOSP.
Btw, things are not looking good for the note 3. Suddenly a HTC one phablet is looking more and more interesting... http://forum.beyond3d.com/showthread.php?t=61267
*
Eh? But then is the Note 2 LE enabled? I just had a quick browse thru the wikipedia entry...used to be called Wibree, I recall that name. There was another called Zigbee, but after some re-reading, it's for low power wireless meshes and different from Wibree/BLE.

It will be an interesting future, where your devices can spy on help you with a host of sensors.

BTW which post were you referring to on the Beyond3D forum?

Got back my N2 after sending in warranty. Changed motherboard after just 1 month of usage. What are the chances of the wifi authentication error problem happening again?
*
It will be exceedingly bad luck if it happens more than once. The board replacements should be updated revisions, and so far those who've had board replacements haven't reported further problems.

After baronic's response, I have included all prior changelogs from v19 onwards as spoilered text in post 2.

So it's an easy reference for everybody.

Well, hardcore electronics repairman, with JTAG equipment:

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2374399/all

Saw this after some guy posted he hardbricked his N7000 and needed JTAG resuscitation. Probably worthwhile to try for those who have SDS after warranty.

It will be good to know, since I cannot determine any pattern as to when it results in a POST URL or a fixed URL. The fixed URL (ie .jpg or .whatever) is taggable, especially if you want to cross post a pic.

Some news about US Congress PWNING YOUR COMPUTER:

US entertainment industry to Congress: make it legal for us to deploy rootkits, spyware, ransomware and trojans to attack pirates!
http://boingboing.net/2013/05/26/us-entert...ustry-to-c.html
.....
It's just more evidence that copyright enforcers' network strategies are indistinguishable from those used by dictators and criminals. In 2011, the MPAA told Congress that they wanted SOPA and knew it would work because it was the same tactic used by governments in "China, Iran, the UAE, Armenia, Ethiopia, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Bahrain, Burma, Syria, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam." Now they've demanded that Congress legalize an extortion tool invented by organized criminals.
