You are also correct.... many professional are start moving out from cyberjaya and work in another country.... this is the biggest challenge facing cyberjaya IT company.... no skill worker....

as a result risk of demand for housing in cyberjaya also drop....FURTHER MORE CONTINUE BUILDING ....DEMAND < SUPPLY

this making worst when govt study to control internet.......more cyberjaya company moving out....

Personally feel that the best condo so far is Mirage of the lake based on concepr, density, lake view, location.
