Purpose: I happen buying one unit in Cyberjaya bcs developer selling cheaper compare to malaysian. Maybe keep for my daughter/ sell to my sister son?

developer offer supper extra cheap only for malaysia living aboard wo......so buy for someone behalf...... why not?

I think won't make money.

But the offer is too good to be missed.

& not trying to make money. My sister live in Kajang. So cyberjaya is a good distance to Kajang incase her son wanted to buy from me.

it is not an investment. Just don't know how to spend that 2.5 mil profit from my KK semi D during CNY....so buy with friend who working with rasgas, qatar petroluem from this agent @ Doha whereby give bulk discount for cash purchases which is not offer to other malaysian.

see my bank statement. maybe u can suggest some other investment? but not property ok as i am better than you in this areas.

Million ringgit is not very big actually especially those working in singapore. uk etc

only 10% out of 28mil in malaysia pay tax.

My immidiate reply to people saying like this is 10% malaysian paid tax only

You are also correct.... many professional are start moving out from cyberjaya and work in another country.... this is the biggest challenge facing cyberjaya IT company.... no skill worker....

as a result risk of demand for housing in cyberjaya also drop....FURTHER MORE CONTINUE BUILDING ....DEMAND < SUPPLY

this making worst when govt study to control internet.......more cyberjaya company moving out....
