Based on the buyers' profile so far, ppl nowadays are quite mobile to travel. Can stay in cyber but working in PJ / KLCC. I guess as long the residential area is attractive enough, no reason why ppl Dont want to choose here!

I dont mind to pay tax.

Any of your other mates bought cyber too?
