QUOTE(ILoveMyGuitarss @ May 31 2013, 01:46 PM) .13 which is medium gauge. It can hold until this. ok, how about brand? I don't know other than Elixir, D'addario and Ernie Ball.BUt I recommand .12 light gauge. Any lower is not recommanded. Any lower gauge will sound dead. For fingers friendly and fuller sound, I suggest .12 which is light gauge. |

QUOTE(ILoveMyGuitarss @ May 31 2013, 02:01 PM) Personally prefer Martin Lifespan Sp and elixir nano. Martin has warmer sound compared to elixir based on my own experience. But elixir last longer. Gain and loss. I'll see what string does the local shop nearby have. But the way.. 80/20 has brighter sounding than pb coated strings. But 80/20 has shorter lifespan. |

Aih, now I don't know what is the problem causing buzzing at my D string..sounds like at the 1st-2nd fret making the buzz but at the same time the pins too is suspected making the buzz. Any idea how to check the parts causing the buzz?

QUOTE(DarkestDreaming @ Oct 20 2013, 03:20 AM) kimirockz, may i know what mic/pickup you use to record? I've been raving about Morrisons when I get the chance. They generally make cheap guitars, so there are ones which are about 150 or so... I would advise you to invest in a Morrison that is a couple hundred more, to get a solid top if you can afford it. Below are a couple of clips of me playing the Morrison. They sound pretty damn good for a guitar under RM1k. Crystalline Dreams Faithfully |
