A very nice improvement. I also recently changed my nut and saddle to bone on my yammies and immediately I have notice the bass, volume and sustain have improve tremendously . I wonder if changing the bridge pin could improve the tone even further. Could you also do a A/B comparison with ori pin and bone pin? Pleaseeeeee.... lol

Er... seriously.. I'm not a pixel peeper that couldn't bare with little mistake or the song have to sound like 100% original. As long as the whole piece sounds great... it is great. Passion ma...

To me.. I enjoy this arrangement and listen to it a few times...

Cool~ thx for the support... biggrin.gif
I didn't cover the full song actually and the arrangement was done by a Japanese guitarist name Yuki Matsui. He is a very good finger style player!
Hope I can master them and upload the full version... lol

This is my try long ago... but failed to make the full arrangement...

My imperfect try

Very nice mah... I love your tone, was it unplugged?

Besides that, I need sifu advise. I am learning a song with tuning CGDGBD. What kind of string gauge should I use to ensure proper tuning and intonation and less string wobble.
I am thinking of using hybrid gauge of 12-56 but may try 13-56. I am current using 12-53 and the 6th string is very wobble and goes out of tune very quickly.

I think that probably is the tapped harmonic I did in this cover.. and yay it is kinda cool, I was urged to learn this song becz of this harmonic technique..

Hi sifu, how to setup to get clean and high sound quality recording? What is the equipment I should go for?

Should I go
1.) High quality recorder like Zoom recorder?
2.) High quality Mic + Interface?

When recording, should I point it at my amp or guitar?

Does it mean a dedicated mic is better than using the built in mic of the recorder?

Nice, immediately I am able to notice the better sound quality and lesser hissing. TQVM!!
I survey around the web, seems like most of the ppl suggest a good quality large diaphragm condenser mic rather than a good recorder sad.gif

I got myself a room dehumidifier. 4 days down.. the top much flatter and playability is superb.. not to forget, tops vibrate much responsive and sweeter tone
then I think about maintaining it... went ace and the seal cost like rm15.. bought it then.. do some diy...

Ganas? Call it passion then.. hahahaha.. I just love to mess around with my hobby after work... stress sial... hahhaha

Wahh...I usually put my guitar on my bed beside me ~~ hehehe...

Guys, when I plucked let's say high E on my guitar, i noticed that my A string also starts vibrating. Does it indicate i have issue in my guitar?
