Buy ikea cabinet or other cheap ones that will fit your guitar and put those rechargable silica gel dehumidifiers in it.(if you are willing to do so)

It is to reduce ambient rh only. Not a solution to dry guitar.

Your guitar not absorbing too much of moisture...yes this works to keep ambient rh down. But if to repair or dry a overly wt guitar.. no.

Then i guess mine is ok then, as it was newly bought. Keeping the rh down should suffice laugh.gif

Theorically yes.. unless the shop left it inside the toilet. Else no reason for a new guitar being wet.

I'm using ibanez t35. Slightly lower than 1k. 2.5 years on using.. no complaint. Of course if I have good budget, AER my choice.

Heard that roland and vox are good too. Personally.. no experience.

THis is an om21. Perhaps I have dream for quite few years and finally marry it home... everything still original. Normally i will upgrade my guitar to fmi saddle and bone pins. If I love it a lot, I will change the nut too. And changing saddle n bridge pins will not void warranty. But nut yes... probably after 1 year, nothing hair wire, change the nut...

By the look of it, this piece is made in usa right? Where did you get stock for the saddle and pins?
I have been looking for them for quite some time, but only manage to get mahogany pins with pearl inlay....

I Import them from oversea..

BUt for saddle... it came in blank form... so need to handcraft it to fit..

As for bone pins..... right size is important because pin come with 2 taper degree and many different sizes. But martin is 5 degree taper...

Favourite r always plain black ebony n bone..

there was a few i tested

one was the lower end, i tihnk AAA spruce top , ovangkol sides and maho neck , natural finish , asking price 7k

then theres another slightly upper, with similar top, rosewood sides and back with a semi-gloss finish, asking price was 9k

it sounds nice, but nothing that i'd go wow over.

our local maker lee guitars or something had one that i was quite happy with
