since Caryane started it yesterday, let me start 1 today.

you know when you buy those lego parts from BL, then kastam ppl wont know what is inside?
cos it sound like breaking parts, then the edge poking around, yet feel so hard/solid, sounds suspicious?
is it some broken glass? fragile stuff? banned item?

so mostly they will poke a hole, in my case below, they tear up the envelope and see what's in side

lucky for me this time:
reason #1 seller use those bubble wrap envelope thing, so everything is intact

reason #2 kastam/pos malaysia actually wrap another 'cling wrap' thing around the envelope (sort of water resistant now... lol)

but i think this one is checked by the main Kastam in KL (or is it Sepang?)
it got the chop/stamp "dilepaskan" or "diluluskan" behind.

from the tracking, it has reached KL last week, then use the snail mail method to reach Penang..
then only reach my house via post man yesterday.

if use box method, then will have the kastam diraja tape thing (the outer box 100% kemek, inside item depends on luck)
if use the envelope method, my experience will be like above (if got small lego boxed set inside, 100% kemek also)

but i'm ok with the box kemek thing, even my stuff from amazon (non lego stuff) using DHL also 50-80% kemek (but book/box inside is safe)

u still got extra set to sell?

not finger pointing... but i suspect ur box was the bottom on the floor then they stack some heavy on top (say 4-6 box of 10kg stuff each?)
then when it come to kastam, they will still check again n pass to pos malaysia (where u get the tape thing)
but sometime kastam might forget to stamp the thing n just tape it using pos malaysia tape thing.

so u manage to check thru everything?
