Actually Agoda can. Try with HSBC credit card and you'll know.

On the other hand, I noticed that the first name (given name) and last name (surname) are in wrong order. Presently, it is printed (on some receipts) as Z/X Y (X is my surname, Y & Z is my given name). Should it be X/Y Z instead?

Last week call CS to upgrade my gold cards to platinum, according to CS I will be charge rm50 for upgrade, will need to pay another rm50 for 'existing cards' as well. They said will get back to me on this, already 3 working days waiting for their feedback.

Did anyone cancelled the old cards and apply for new one? Do they have any T&C cannot cancel existing cards and reapply within 3 months?

I have yet to register for M2U but will do so by this few days.
before that, i would like to know how can i check my balance, payment due date etc via sms? citibank can do so by sending sms to 36700.

nw maybank no longer good for 5x point. point is total useless. other bank 10000 to offset service tax but maybank need 12500 to do it o. want 5 percent rebate, better apply ocbc and 10percent rebate, better for hongleong wise card. 5x point is useless alr.
