i've received rebates that doesn't equal to my weekend spendings.
how to resolve this case?

I saw my cash rebate in my account but the statement due on 12.
just wondering. does it mean every month from 1st to 30/31st will be the rebate period and nothing to do with bill cycle ?

I swipe my amex card on 1st june (last saturday) thinking that statement always ended on the last day of the month.
however, i just checked my may statement, and the cycle ended on june 2nd.

does that mean statement cycle only starts on 1st business day of the month?
and will it still get calculated for my weekend rebate for june? (because for some transactions on 1st june, the posting date was 3rd june....)

Ok i just called up maybank, apparently, statement cycles never end on the last day of the month (eg 30/31). instead it ends 2nd of the next month....

Is anyone aware of this?

Is there any way I can pay my roadtax using AMEX? I need to renew our car  roadtax which the amount is RM11,000.

If it can be done atleast I can collect some points. Anybody here have any experience?

May I know how to waive GST that they charge me?
Normally other banks can waive it if we swipe the new card 3 times after activation. How about maybank?

I see this - "SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL      RM 50.00" on my AMEX dated 15 May 2013. This is the gov tax once a year right?

Today I see another "SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL      RM 50.00" dated 16 June 2013 but it charged under my Mastercard.

How come I been charged 2 times in 1 year?



Or is it every cards will be charged the gov tax?
