The shop is as good as the boss and the person-in-charge. Sometimes I see Ah Hock (One of the shareholder?) tew the banglas coz some parts not clean when he inspect the car, not like those carwash bosses who sit at the desk count their money only. If the 2 big bosses are there they also get their hands dirty and help out.

If they open a branch in Penang, need to find good ppl to take charge also.
