how is the temperature like using 1.5v?

i use 1.35v my cpu can already reach 60 degree when i run orthos and it will auto shut down pc. when i touch the heatsink, its hot. so i assume the temp reading in bios is accurate.

you are using stock cooler? Which motherboard you are using? How much u overclock? Which version of bios are u using? Show a screenshot if can

I'm doing this for screenshot purpose, If prime it , cannot tahan also unless i change a better cooler.

i dunno what happen to your case. But for my case, the temperature reading is inaccurate.

yup stock hsf. using tforce 6100 am2 + brisbane 3600x2.
running 300htt now using latest 507.rh1 from rebel haven.

try 305htt need raise vcore to 1.35 in bios for stability. but then run orthos can reach 60 degree.

my temp looks accurate to me. idle 40+ load 50+

another thing is, u can boot in to windows with 300HTT? What's the ram divider that u used?

nice man~ but whenever i try to increase HTT to 270 ...its reboot or just hang...i even tried urs method adjusting multiplier to x9.0 ....still the same??!! and one question...do DDR2667 running 352.7Mhz is consider high already?? coz i'm using corsair VS...don't really want to spoil the RAM??

the 1T command rate is holding u..change it to 2T and u can go further

check the following options in bios:
1) Disable CPU spread spectrum
2) Lower down the HT Multiplier
3) loosen the ram timing
4) Use Lower Ram Multiplier

I really have no idea how far your corsair VS can go, but better don't take risk. You can always change your ram multiplier to 400 so that u can hit 333 HTT b4 you start to overclock your ram (If you are using X9 CPU multiplier).

i wan to ask why my tforce6100 cant boot at 260Mhz above? 260Mhz can enter windows but sometimes will auto reset...
even i pump 1.4v also cant boot...btw, im using brisbane 3600+
it will blank for awhile and jz auto reset and say my fsb is wrg, pls reset in bios...
im using 507 ori and RH bios also same...memory divider alrdy at 533MHz...

google a bit.....found out that ppl using Tforce board with brisbane have to do a lot of memtest before can past HT 260/270....

i don't think so ,before u can reach the memtest with particular HTT, you need to pass tru the watch dog 1st, but thing about the safe mode is too sensitive is really true. One day, i can pass the safe mode with 330 HTT without problem but in the 2nd day couldn't pass 280HTT.

that safe mode really annoying right....
and some ppl say that is not advice to oc using onboard GC?!!! is it true??

hmm... i have no idea. But poor ppl like me do not manage to own a gc. So i'm using onboard gc all the time. I din find out any problem so far

yaya blend test v orthos, stress the cpu and ram. Haih at least you have 7300GT. I got no GC to use
