I have one question.

I think 25 sen maintenance not enough to cover leah. sweat.gif

we talk about completed in dec 2014 and saw your recreation facilities ( level 7) add block c and b rooftop. I think need at least 30 sen ( exclude sinking fund)

but if very high like 50 sen. it is going to be a burden for large size. brows.gif
