Thank you for your interest in our Wangsa 9 Residency. We are pleased to append herewith the Wangsa Maju Project Profile and Sales Chart (as at 08/09/2014) for your perusal.

For your information, the rebate structure is as such (the prices stated in Price Chart are before rebate):

Type A (1,033 sf) – not open to public for sale, unless you have bought a Type B, C or D then you may reserve a Type A (at 10% rebate) or you may pass this entitlement of buying Type A to your friend (at 8% rebate). Once these units are open to public, we shall offer your reserved Type A to you or your friend.

Type B (1,733 sf)/ C (1,647 sf) /D (2,336 sf) – 15% rebate.

For Bumiputra: 5% discount is applicable. Therefore, The price list should be deducted 5% bumi discount and then only the respective rebate.

Booking fee is RM 10,000.

*(Please note that the pricing and rebate structure, and availability of units are subject to change without prior notice. Kindly enquire with Sales & Marketing Dept on the availability of units, pricing and rebate structure once you have selected your choice unit).

We also provide:
1. Free SPA legal fee and disbursements
2. Free maintenance for the 1st year from CCC date (Maintenance fee is RM 0.25 psf including sinking fund).

I'm curious as to why the document left out Irama especially since Irama would easily put up a real challenge to Wangsa 9 compared to the other listed development. Lack of confidence or sales strategy?

Then again, I've made up my choice early on and my opinion would be very bias.
So far, I still firmly believe I've made the right decision though !
