I'm curious as to why the document left out Irama especially since Irama would easily put up a real challenge to Wangsa 9 compared to the other listed development. Lack of confidence or sales strategy?

Then again, I've made up my choice early on and my opinion would be very bias.
So far, I still firmly believe I've made the right decision though !

Season Gardens has plenty of small size of units available 

Went through the specifications of Wangsa 9 and Irama already. It's like comparing BMW 5 series to Toyota Camry.

My budget allows me to buy Toyota Camry only, but I am not saying that Camry is better than BMW.

I was at Wangsa Walk and saw their booth there...went to their SA and kpc how much is their price now...see whether got came down or not, especially now people say market not good, going to collapse liow...amboi! SA said straight in my face what reduce! is rm800+psf ...want take...don't want go to next booth please...next booth is The Reach@Titiwangsa...also not cheap wor...
