I saw my friend unit ( bought from Senq Malacca) gap serious n totally unacceptable to me. He will be going up to HTC KL this week to ask for replacement. He was just too excited taking home the unit without even checking it!! Actually the truth was he wasn't aware of the gaps until I pointed it out to him

On camera s4 is overall better ( more detailed pics) than htc1 n loses to it slightly only on lowlight photo shots n speed of photo capture

Does it always happen? If so try clear cache/data at settings/app/playstore n see whether it improves ?

I agree with you on this BUT some of the users here will not agree and will start posting pics or pointing to other web sources to proof their point
Anyway there is no 10/10 phone - as long as it is 8/10 , it is good enough for me .

Until now I still dont get the excitement of the design and finishing of the phone, I dont see anything great about it . Similarly for Xperia Z ( which I also bought and eventually sold off ) - many users also gloat over its design

If your phone cannot be restarted try doing it from fastboot mode
press vol down plus power simultaneously n you should see fastboot menu
use vol keys n select reboot
if phone can restart good lah, if cannot off to service center to repair
not advisable to charge overnight even though it is said inbuilt circuity will prevent overcharging. I suggest you use a timer to control such a habit if you wish to practice such. Set timer to say maximum 4 hours n current will auto disconnnect to phone after that

Just pray before you sleep your phone builtin circuitry is working fine
else prepare to face a burnout motherboard

If cannot even boot to fastboot mode probably motherboard is fried. No choice but to send in service center to repair

I have tried charging it with my USB ipad charger ( 2.1A) and Yoobao 11200 mAh powerbank ( 2A port) and in both, after a short period I see a warning on display that I am using a unauthorised charger and could harm the phone and advised to disconnect it
It is strange that this phone the power input to charge is limited to only 1A , which is very low vs the specs of the phone.

No such color - only black n sliver. Do post the link for us to see it too
