I read an announcement saying that tutorial classes begin in 2nd week. Meaning that in the first week we ONLY go for lecture and DON'T NEED to go for ALL tutorial classes?

Now that you know roughly where to look, please go a bit earlier to look for the exact room.

If it is stated there is no tutorial on first week, you don't need to go, it is as simple as that. Although do take note that some subjects may have tutorials during the first week so don't simply assume all subjects are the same. Check which announcement is for which subject.

From where you read that announcement? If it is from MMLS, it is only applicable to the specific subject. However, in general, there is no tutorial in week 1 except for some subjects. Email or call up the subject coordinator and ask.

Pro tip: print out the lecture notes and just scribble any extra info on the printed notes rather than trying to jot down every single thing on a blank paper or notebook during lectures/tutorials. The lecturers/tutors won't wait for you and you won't be able to catch up.

How can we new students from FCI to get the Microsoft Dreamspark Premium account? Just register at the Dreamspark website using student email (@student.mmu.my)? Em, i thought if using this way we will get a normal dreamspark account n not the premium one?

I've opened the MMU DreamSpark Premium website, and in order to log in into that website, students must have an account created by the administrator. The question is, anyone knows the correct ways@steps to register?
