Peel off? I'm not too sure about that.

For me, the problem that i had last time was hairline cracks that appeared all over the silver bezel of the phone.

Went to claim warranty 3 times for that problem, all 3 times successful.

The 3rd time i went to claim, main problem was there was hairline cracks all over the silver bezel, but i too had the silver bezel slightly peeled off on it's own. The engineer called me 2 days later and say that due to the peel off part, he assume that i dropped it on the floor before (which i never did). After explaining my entire experience to him, he was hesitant but in the end decided to replace it for me anyhow.

Anyhow, no harm trying

PS: It's been 2 weeks since the last time i got my phone back from warranty claim, right now i can see that the hairline cracks are starting to appear AGAIN

Wah, that bad. Do u use any cover? Flip? Hard or sillicon?

First time crack appear, I was using Rock QuickSand case.
The customer service person told me it must be my casing fault, so I bought a generic TPU soft flexible casing.

Despite using TPU soft flexible casing, it still crack for the 2nd time.
2nd time went there, customer service person blame casing again, I prove him wrong by explaining everything.

Third time happen again, I couldn't be bothered anymore.
So right now I'm just using whatever casing I feel like using

This hairline crack issue was reported early on shortly after availability, but it seems to have died down. You've been persistent.

Exactly. I seem to be one of the unlucky few to constantly have this problem.
I suspect it may be something to do with the weather + something inside my phone.

I only knew one person among my peers with this problem too, but his problem was solved after sending it for warranty the first time. Until now, no cracks appeared on his phone anymore

mine is okay after warranty claim.. why you so back luck .... crack still coming your way

Google Chrome browser finally with FULLSCREEN. Damn it really took them so long, only reason I'm using Dolphin Browser HD is because of this function

Hi, for those who installed the 4.2.2 JB leaked rom, How the camera UI looks like? Does it similar with S4?

camera is still the same as in 4.1.2. No difference.

If you want S4 camera features on the S3, you gotta go to XDA and look for a mod for it i guess

What did they do, replace the cracked chrome part? Screen everything still remain unchanged?

I'm considering using a flip hard case (black case pic attached), but worried about chrome peeling and cracking. Anybody with experience?

Also, who knows where to get cheap plain flip case like the pink one? No branding or anything, I find it simple and nice. This one was bought at a stall at The Curve for RM40... surely there are better deals out there.

That one doesn't protect the sides, top and bottom

Well, The Curve is not exactly a good place to look for cheap deals. You can try Lowyat Plaza, or if you want something even cheaper, try ebay.com but it'll take around 3-4 weeks to arrive
