4.2.2 is not official one and 100% for sure first 2 things they will look at when you send in.

1. Your current ROM, official one or custom, other country or Malaysia specific.
2. Your phone status, modified, custom one or counter increase.

To gauge better results you may try below:-

1. Force close those apps that not suppose to stay in Applications manager-> services running, meaning your apps is doing some fishy action, cause apps like whatapps and antivirus required to stay awake for some action.

2. Go to task manager to clear RAM after done step 1 and press the apps button and return button to make the RAM stabile.

3. Run Antutu again..

Some face low reading is because either there are some heavy apps running without you knowing and also your have just clear your RAM and your phone is calling those needed Apps..

I remember i mentioned before but just to reiterate, I use benchmarks to check is my phone running well and not dragging by some apps i installed recently, cause I do understand without tweaking our phone wouldn't go any faster and current speed 15K+ is very very good for stock ROM/ Kernel.

Talking about S4, base on my own understanding Samsung always trying to show differences by introducing some stock apps as the gimmick to attract their customer but in order to run those apps power machine is a must, as the result you will feel slow even with so power phone.

I really like S4 stock new features but if porting over without lightening it 100% for sure will kill S3. If i were Samsung before releasing every single version, first thing is new feature that is light weight. Otherwise no matter how powerful is the phone be user will for sure feeling slow.
