I’ve asked UEM Sunrise. The 4 month advance payment is for the 13th-16th month. We still get the first year fee waived.

The SCM leaflet (subsidiary of UEM) state they provide ID fitting service. They are collaborating with EDW (I have no idea what this stands for.) to come up a special package. Till date, I have not receive any further update from them.
