Taking into the number of land plots occupied by squatters and reserve land, the 'near future' would more likely be 20 years...

Even if nothing happens, not much impact as MK22 is not nearby.
If it happens, the place will only become better. Selfina will have to suffer a bit and wait for the latter to happen. |

I called the customer service line but someone from marketing answered. He said it was first planned to hand over the keys in Oct but there was some delay (he wasn’t sure what happened). Now we can expect that to take place in Nov (He said 30 Nov because he wasn’t told whether it’d be early, mid or end Nov.)
I can’t remember the freebies that come together. Kitchen cabinets, hood and hob Individual air conditioning unit Centralized water heater One year management fee Does it come with oven / fridge / washer / dryer? |
