Recieved my 32GB WiFi from seller dark_devon this morning. Rooted and flash TWRP recovery within an hour I got it. So far did not find any issues so reported - touch screen insensitive , pixel problem, gps detection etc. Everything is working fine

I paid rm990 for my 32gb wifi unit

Tested n dump CM10.2 rom ; worse than stock rom especially on touchscreen sensitivity. Cannot restore or even backup in titanium backup. Just finished restoring back the original rom.

I am similarly now on Clean rom. Another good aosp rom is Carbon based on my previous N4 n N7. His listed in original android development

Just upgraded to JSS15Q n all data remained intact



I just flash through TWRP the deodexed rooted rom from teshxx. Easy for those already rooted

No bootloop issue on my N7 on original firmware, upgraded jss15q, clean rom, n even CM10.2.
Just change kernel to elementX mainly due to its feature which allow doubletap or swipe across to wake-up display.

My second N7 ( previous model) I shipped through comgateway.
Infact many previous N7 users got their set through comgateway shipping

You must wipe to install CM 10.2 but not necessary if you want to install cleanrom if you are starting from official rom. Changing rom in between them you must wipe too. Rebooting of both rom should take about a min for cleanrom while is about 2-3 mins for CM10.2.
You can only backup to a fat32 formatted thumbdrive.
Next time if you ever got stuck at google logo, press volup/down + power to switch off n than voldown+power to boot to recovery. Select wipe n reboot. You should be able to boot it back

Xperia z ultra but only 6.4 inch display. Best phablet I have used to date.

Garage sales seller kellyyhx is selling similar niilkin type. I received it this morning. Is too thin n I don't quite like it vs my poetic case from Amazon

Compared with the Poetic case



This poetic case is more expensive - cost me RM 84 inclusive delivery from Amazon. I bought it that time as it was on special offer at US$5.95 vs US$12.95 normal price. Delivery cost me another US$ 20
You can buy 2 Niilkin cases with this price but is well worth it. Its quality is superb and material is very much better and texture is better than the Niilkin. Most important the front flip is firmer unlike the Niilkin is soft and flimsy , so much so if you try to stand the tablet using it it drops off easily. You need to position the front flip properly to get it standing right. The Poetic has 3 magnets at the right hand side and can hold the front flip firmly . Overall construction of the Poetic is also very good and the Niilkin pales in comparison
Well, one gets the value one pay for it

Niilkin cases are decent and is definitely not high class quality
I have used several of them in my phones/tablets
