Good to know.. If im the gov't i would delay one of the other as my oil income will half dis year.
On the other hand, the trains will provide a lot of jobs n bizness to the construction industry.

Where do you guys think this Bukit Jalil East is? TPM near astro? I really hope there is an interchange with Bukit Jalil Station or at least a covered walkway linking the 2.

pity alam damai prima buyers n also ppl living in alam damai.. true place tht needs a train foregone fr a massively corrupt crony company tht needs the hsr n mrt to justify the prices..

Alam damai shld get another line or something..

HSR would be much btr off going to KL sentral whr connectivity is far btr than bandar malaysia with only 1 mrt line.. brows.gif

totally agree, just look at taiwan hsr that arrives at taipei main station for example.
*
boss, i think the problem is KL sentral gt no more space fr more trains d.. I still think they shld reli look at how they cn bring the hsr to kl sentral la.. i would reli look down on the HSR if it goes to Bandar msia jus to increase 1mbds valuation.

in modern day tech there is no such thing as no more space doh.gif just look at bukit bintang mrt station, or since hsr is not built by us anyway, beijing/tokyo metro systems. mrt stesen bertingkat lol
*
yeap since they are planning to renovate kl sentral, they shld try to add in 1 more train brows.gif brows.gif im quite sure kl sentral cn link the HSR to ALL the important office/commercial hubs including KLCC, midvalley, trx, warisan merdeka while stopping at bandar msia cn only link trx, bdr msia n klcc... (with change of 1 train).

Imo, the change of alignment for mrt2, and even the location of HSR is purely to cover up for 1mdb, which is in so much shit I don't even want to look. They sacrifice all the pandan and alam damai area for a empty piece of land that they probably bought at some ridiculously inflated price and nobody stays in, hopefully that the connectivity justifies their buying price and shield them from the publics wrath.
*
Yeap i wana see how the public reacts to the HSR n rerouting of d MRT...

I think bandar malaysia land cn sell fr 4kpsf la if gt HSR n MRT2..

I know the last thing will be forcing msian mncs to relocate there.. on a side note, the cayman money is still on its way back..

To all the ppl protecting the importance of the hsr n mrt2 in bandar malaysia, TDMahathir would nt hv said wht he said n subsequently the blogpost removed if it was pure lies tongue.gif tongue.gif the truth hurts.

on a side note, the gov't cn actually build a damansara damai station on the KTM route now n a huge walkway to all the apartments thr..

I see a lot of overlap in the whole sg buloh-kepong stretch.. correct me if im wrong.

overall new route covers more important/high density underserved areas n straight down south rather than rerouting back east to go cheras..

But I still disagree tht bdr msia is d terminus fr HSR.... Like someone mention, if someone wana take KTM new fast train to penang they wld hv to take mrt 2 to trx then mrt 1 to KLS..

Either hv HSR in KL Sentral or TRX with btr 1 line connectivity.. Above all, 1mbd needs the HSR to increase valuation as its connecting an area (sing) whr office space is 6-7 times as expensive (now n will go up due to lack of supply) with KL(constant oversupply but absorbed n flat rental revision).

Sri petaling and bj already have few lrt stations. No need to locate mrt. Use shuttle bus connect it will do. Or can take lrt and later jump off to interchange mrt somewhere else. Mrt Better place around Salak south.
*
Interchange with Sg Besi LRT..highest supply of new condos on the MRT 2 track shld be BJ & CBJ areas..

Bj/ cbj income group average r higher. Now these Bj/sp  areas Sibeh focus on mostly high end development. Think lrt is good enough for them. Those areas already benefit a lot from lrt many years.

Salak south area mostly flat. N low mid end apartment. n more lower income group. Infra also way behind Than many areas. Think it is better place Mrt here to serve more low income group. And improve the surround Jalan. Mrt station outside kl city should focus more on mid to low end area.
*
Boss,

CBJ first..most of d condos thr are around 500-550psf n many small units... offices thr also many low end some mid end.. Area shld be mid end area

BJ got many many rumah wip n high supply of new condo which yet again are mid end areas..little high end other than Bj city mall..

No knowledge about salak south bur ur argument thr is valid..hope got more high dense apartments thr..

i reli hope this mrt will be 6 cars

4 car can fit how many passenger? Later before reach sungai besi already full full full if going KL. Same like current LRT, cheras station hardly can go in lrt as it's already full when reach there on morning.
