HSR would be much btr off going to KL sentral whr connectivity is far btr than bandar malaysia with only 1 mrt line..

boss, i think the problem is KL sentral gt no more space fr more trains d.. I still think they shld reli look at how they cn bring the hsr to kl sentral la.. i would reli look down on the HSR if it goes to Bandar msia jus to increase 1mbds valuation.

yeap since they are planning to renovate kl sentral, they shld try to add in 1 more train im quite sure kl sentral cn link the HSR to ALL the important office/commercial hubs including KLCC, midvalley, trx, warisan merdeka while stopping at bandar msia cn only link trx, bdr msia n klcc... (with change of 1 train).

Yeap i wana see how the public reacts to the HSR n rerouting of d MRT...

I think bandar malaysia land cn sell fr 4kpsf la if gt HSR n MRT2..

Either hv HSR in KL Sentral or TRX with btr 1 line connectivity.. Above all, 1mbd needs the HSR to increase valuation as its connecting an area (sing) whr office space is 6-7 times as expensive (now n will go up due to lack of supply) with KL(constant oversupply but absorbed n flat rental revision).

Yes anything fr revaluation of land bcos KLSentral jus doesnt hv enuf space.. thrs a big lot still left empty.. beside platinum sentra. cn build 1/2 lines thr n a mixed development on top

Yes KLIA to putrajaya only RM6.20.. then MRT frm thr to other areas maybe another RM3-8 max.. KLIA ERL pun rugi Can connect to MRT 1 routes in TRX also.. so BB n KLCC areas are covered

But if u are living in putra permai all those areas b4 trx n wana save a bit..maybe nt a bad option.. Tourists usually take the ERL... I think ERL gt issues with frequency la.. some ppl complain nt frequent enuf

i heard InP got land near naga emas station... big big land..hope high dense resi plus retail shop (NO mall).

Interchange with Sg Besi LRT..highest supply of new condos on the MRT 2 track shld be BJ & CBJ areas..

CBJ first..most of d condos thr are around 500-550psf n many small units... offices thr also many low end some mid end.. Area shld be mid end area

BJ got many many rumah wip n high supply of new condo which yet again are mid end areas..little high end other than Bj city mall..
