The shock means your PSU is unstable. As a result, it over/undervolts the hardware connected to it, thus damaging your graphics card (hence the artifacting). Either get a voltmeter to verify this for yourself, or take it to a shop. Most good ones will be able to test for you.

kalo beli psu, tlg jgn beli yg jenama cap ayam. psu = the one thing the make ur product last longer.

dont get cm and 80 buck psu,

spend extra money to get silverstone or other good review psu.

I just bought everything 3 months ago. It's definitely the power surge. Something that even a good PSU can't fix maa.
