If u can get into recovery then perform wipe cache and wipe dalvik first and reboot if u cannot then perform system wipe. If even that cannot solve it then reflash stock from download mode.

No, there is no fear if you have read the instructions and know what you are doing. You probably missed out a step and panicked.

* Do a Nandroid before use the app

What tweak did you do just before you bricked your phone? Some values cannot be used just because you feel like it. You have to READ and READ and READ.
