No. Sometimes the "No Network" issue happens to telcos. Or maybe you have a manually cut SIM. You can go to your telco and ask for a proper micro SIM.

Hmm yes, the telco cut for me the sim that time. So the "no network" happens to your note 2 too? and after that. the phone tend to restart automatically...

No, it never happened to mine despite also being a cut SIM. Others have reported this problem you face though, and it got fixed with a replacement SIM.
