which 1 is better for freeze app? greenify or TB?
is use TB free. seems like not so much function.

paid or free? there should be tab for backup and restore, just choose the apps and backup or freeze or restore the apps from that tab
tb, will permanently disable apps until you unfreeze it, the greenify will freeze it if you not using it, and unfreeze it when you open it.

yes offline mode for watching anime when all my phone are on charger . the cpu control without compatible kernel only have to downgrade the cpu speed, it will make s3m more laggier and sometimes hang . but to overclock i didnt try it yet cuz it can killed the phone . so don't used any cpu control apps except for higher speed cpu phone and quad or octa core

I'm not sure too, but its always been used on rooted stuff. but you can remove it if not needed anymore, and install again if needed again, but superSU just leave it that way

I backup using titanium backup halfway and I found that I left 200md only ! Help me, how to delete the backup file ?

Just use superSu and choose option to full unroot. Format will not unroot your phone. Other method is to flash stock rom using odin.

Just search the folder using file manager and delete it like normal folder or files
