According to this link, our phone will be updated to 4.3 starting next month.. Could it be that we will skip 4.2 to upgrade straight to 4.3?

Got my Xperia ZR a month ago,tested its water proof features,but yesterday water seeped into the top,now there's fogging/mini water droplets inside main camera lens.
Don't know how putting it on rice for a couple of days,should I go to Sony Service Centre,there's One in KLCC? |
