too bad really a bit out of my budget, but better offer compare to previous launch at denai alam... Saffron Hill 22 x 75 for 700k

this ariza 20 x 88 for 600k


By the way, elmina east is where? left of right or GCE? just after Denai Alam?

In the end you need a quiet place to stay, not a house that's near to people flow... also my personal opinion

Plus nearby subang 2, mahsing is building a business center, Star Avenue... just 5-10mins away...

both elmina east/west until lagong (basically whole stretch of guthrie highway also sime darby land...

so you can imagine 10-20 years from now... how big is the masterplan is...

Do you know what DPC standard unit house, per month management fees is around RM600?(that was 3-4 years ago) You can imagine how much developer could "maintain" the township in a month with pretty profit...
